-Q: WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?
-A: Our inventory is sourced from several different locations within the US, UK and Asia. Our main storage and fullfilment warehouse is located in Asia and this is where most of our products ship from. We do this to keep our costs low and prices competitive so we can pass on the savings to you!

-Q: WHY DO YOU GIVE AWAY SOME OF YOUR PRODUCTS FOR FREE?
-A: We will occasionally set up a promotional deal in which some of our products are priced down to $0 and given away for free.We do this to help promote our brand and help spread awareness of our awesome products! If you do pick one of our promotional timepieces up and enjoy them, be sure to spread the word!
 
-Q: ARE THE PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS ACTUALLY FREE?
-A: Yes! All we ask is for you to pay the small shipping fee to help cover some of the costs. Apart from that they are free, just make sure you tag us in a picture wearing your new timepiece as wed love to you wearing see them!
 
-Q: HOW SAFE ARE MY DETAILS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
-A: Your card and personal details are secure as payments are processed through our host and store provider (Shopify) which is certified level 1 PCI DSS complaint. We do not see or have access to any sensitive information. Paypal is also another payment option at checkout for those who wish to do so.
 
-Q: WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?
-A: Once you've chosen something you like and have proceed to pay, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details regarding your order. Within 1-3 days once your package has been dispatched you will receive tracking details so you can see your parcels journey all the way up until your front door!
 
-Q: I MADE A LARGE ORDER BUT NOT ALL OF THEM HAVE ARRIVED YET
-A: This is normal! We ship out products in smaller shipments and group them as necessary to avoid any additional shipping delays and any unwanted custom charges. Hang on tight, you will receive your items soon!
 
-Q: HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
-A: If you wish to change or cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible so we can contact our warehouse before your items are packed and shipped! Just send us an email info@thecoloroflife.us and one of our team will jump straight on the job!

-Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
-A: Yes! Our shipping is always free. The only time we ask you to pay a small shipping fee is when you purchase one of our free promotional timepieces! But that is it!

-Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
-A: As our shipping is free we list it as taking up to 3-4 weeks in case of any unforeseen circumstances such as customer delays. Depending on location we always use the fastest free shipping available so generally you can expect to receive your package within 7-25 days (20-45 days for our free promotional products). Just keep an eye on the tracking information provided!

-Q: WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING?
-A: Please allow 4-7 days for your tracking number to fully update due to the Asia tracking system being so large it can take time. Just don't forget that even if your tracking number hasn't updated yet, your parcel has still been shipped and is on its way!

-Q: WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
-A: Currently we ship worldwide to most of the countries across the globe!

-Q:WILL THERE BE DUTIES/TAXES ON MY PACKAGES?
-A: Due to a small stated value that is placed on the packages by our warehouse it is very rare any duties/taxes will need to be paid. With that said it completely depends on the country itself and you should probably check the pricing guide at your local customs department as we can not be held responsible for any additional charges that may occur under any circumstances.
